Shipping policy

There are many ways of shipping and they will be listed below: 

Each caps is handcrafted at the time of order, so that changes and customizations can be made to the model chosen at the time of order.

Orders are shipped WITHIN 30 business days, according to the flow of orders being processed.

1.) Shipping "classic/standard" is done by italian post without defined tracking code ( so it only marks the departure and arrival) delivered often in the mailbox with no liability in case of loss of the package by the carrier and no possibility of recourse by the buyer on the seller since the customer freely chooses the type of shipment and is not imposed by the seller.

2.) SHIPPING BY INSURED COURIER: It is done by express courier and in case of loss of the package by the courier, the seller agrees to resend the package at his own expense FOR ONE TIME ONLY).

3.) EXPRESS Shipping: In order for shipping to be considered express, it is MUST be contacted first on WHATSAPP or EMAIL to arrange it with staff. Express shipping is done in 24/48 hours with the possibility of extension if weekends, holidays, natural calamities and so on are involved. If support is not contacted via whatsapp or email first, the shipment cannot be considered EXPRESS and also the order cannot be cancelled on that grounds).

4.) All orders outside of Italy will include tracking numbers. 

Domestic Shipping

Shipping times in Italy will take 3-5 business days on average, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that it will take 30 business for us to receive, package, and ship your order. All Italian orders will be shipped by Italian Post.

International Shipping

Shipping times for orders outside of Italy will take anywhere between 7-15 business days on average, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that it will take 30 business for us to receive, pack and ship your order. All orders outside Italy will include tracking numbers.

Product availability:

Normally the surgical caps visible on the website are available immediately in limited edition in size between 50/60 cm all of them. However, at certain times some patterns may go out of stock without the site being updated immediately, in which case the customer will be contacted and offered different solutions to choose from.

Billing:

For invoicing to companies, the invoice should be specifically requested via whatsapp or email.

Please note that we are not responsible for the following:

•   Incorrect addresses filled out at checkout

•   Lost packages that have been stated as "delivered" and/or "signed"

•   Packages that are past due scheduled pickup

•   Customs or foreign goods fees
